Jaipur India - Rich in Culture & Heritage

The Pink City of India, Jaipur, has a great history to tell. The forts and palaces attract tourist all the year round. The capital of Indian state, Rajasthan, Jaipur historically known as Jeypore was founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh. In the 19th century, Jaipur developed into a prosperous city with important industries in metals and marble. The city also witnessed the growth of native bankers like the Jains and the Marwaris.

Jaipur is rich in its culture and heritage. It is one of the best planned cities designed according to Indian Vastu Shastra. In present times, the city is expanding very rapidly. Jaipur is well-connected to Delhi, the capital of the country. Apart from having an airport, it is also has good rail connections to other major Indian cities and towns. Several foreign tourists like visiting the historical palaces and forts of Jaipur.
